Our support staff are available throughout the day every single day of the year. Please note response times to sales and billing will generally take slightly longer since priority is given to any existing clients needing technical support at that time.
Web Hosting Orders
As of 2013, our DIY Web Hosting is now only available to AKIS “Design + Host” clients and we no longer offer DIY hosting accounts to new DIY clients.
For all support and billing issues relating to your account please open a support ticket via our support helpdesk – this is the most efficient way for us to deal with your request as a priority and is monitored 24x7x365 (unlike general emails and enquiry forms).
Billing & Accounts
Existing clients billing and accounts are handled via our client management portal at akis.freshbooks.com using the login to you on opening your account.
